Meadow Woods is a 55+ co-owned manufactured home community located
in Carver, MA. All of our homes are doublewide, single level, two and three bedroom homes.
As a co-owner you elect
a board of directors who voluntarily oversee the day-to-day management of the association. You vote on the issues that effect
your monthly fees. We have the lowest monthly fees, of any similar community in the area.
Meadow Woods is pet
friendly and near to both salt and fresh water beaches. Carver has a private beach, with lifeguards, for town residents.
Our
community center offers a convenient meeting place for card games, parties and large family gatherings.
Your low monthly
fee includes land taxes, water, septic, excise tax on your home, common area upkeep, snow removal, and weekly garbage pick
up.
